Welcome to our stunning 5 bedroom, 4 bath short term rental located in a quiet cul de sac in Glendale, AZ.

You’ll love the spacious and open floor plan that features a variety of amenities to ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including a grill for outdoor barbecues. You can also enjoy a game of ping pong, connect 4, air hockey, or pool in the game room.

Notes

Pool and Spa: We ask that you use caution when using the pool and spa, particularly with children or non-swimmers, and that you observe any safety guidelines or rules that we provide. Please note that glass containers are not allowed in the pool area for safety reasons. We’ll do our best to keep the pool and spa at a comfortable temperature during your stay, but we cannot guarantee specific temperatures.

Game Room: Please feel free to use the game room, but we ask that you take good care of the equipment and put everything back where you found it after use.

Sonos Sound System: Please feel free to use the Sonos sound system, but we ask that you keep the volume at a reasonable level, especially in the evenings.

Fire Pit: Please use caution when using the fire pit, and never leave it unattended. We recommend that you only use the fire pit in the designated area, and do not use it during periods of high fire risk.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and cookware. Please feel free to use any of the appliances or cookware, but we ask that you clean up after yourself when you’re finished.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Each bedroom has comfortable and luxurious bedding, and we provide fresh linens and towels for your use. We ask that you keep the bedrooms and bathrooms clean and tidy during your stay.

Air Conditioning: The house is equipped with air conditioning to keep you comfortable during your stay. Please feel free to adjust the temperature to your liking, but we ask that you conserve energy by turning off the air conditioning when you’re not in the house.

Check-Out: Check-out time is at 10 am on the day of departure. Please make sure to tidy up and leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. We ask that you put all dishes in the dishwasher and take out the trash before you leave

Access

Access to the rental will be provided via an August smart lock, which will allow you to enter the rental with a unique code that we will provide before your arrival.
The smart lock is easy to use and does not require any physical keys, so you won’t need to worry about losing or misplacing them.
We recommend downloading the August app before your arrival so that you can easily manage your access code and lock and unlock the rental as needed.
We’ll provide detailed instructions on how to use the smart lock, as well as any other features of the rental that you may need to know about.
If you have any issues with the smart lock during your stay, please let us know right away and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Transit

The easiest way to get around the area is by car, as public transportation options can be limited. There is plenty of parking available in the driveway and on the street outside the home, so you won’t have to worry about finding a spot.
If you prefer not to drive, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area and can take you to popular local destinations like the Westgate Entertainment District and the University of Phoenix Stadium.
For those flying in, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is approximately 25 miles away from the house, and transportation options include rental cars, taxis, and rideshare services.
If you’re interested in exploring the local area, there are plenty of scenic drives and day trips to take in the surrounding desert landscape. Some popular destinations within driving distance include Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and the historic town of Prescott.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the nearby Thunderbird Conservation Park offers hiking and biking trails with scenic views of the surrounding desert landscape. The area is also conveniently located near major highways, so you can easily access other parts of the city or take a day trip to nearby attractions like Sedona or the Grand Canyon

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is 4:00 PM or later. Check-out time is 10:00 AM or earlier.
Please use the August lock code provided to access the property. Do not share the code with anyone who is not a member of your party.
On check-out day, please ensure that all windows and doors are locked, all appliances are turned off, and the doors are locked.

HOUSE RULES

No smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind is allowed in the house.
Pets are not allowed in the house.
No parties or events are allowed on the property without prior approval.
Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
Any damage or missing items must be reported to us immediately. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Please do not move any furniture or decor without prior approval.

AMENITIES

There is an outdoor grill available for guest use. Please clean the grill after each use.
The fire pit may be used by guests. Please use caution and ensure that the fire is completely extinguished before leaving the area.
The pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, Xbox, and Connect 4 game are available for guest use. Please return all items to their original location after use.
The Sonos surround sound system can be used to play music in the living room and game room. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the volume at a reasonable level.
There is a washer and dryer available for guest use. Laundry detergent is provided.
